Your HAZECO bill is the official monthly statement for your Hazara connection. HAZECO split from PESCO in 2023 and now runs its own billing cycle on the central system, so the online copy matches the paper bill: consumer block, units, slabs, taxes and due date.

HAZECO covers the Hazara Division: Abbottabad, Haripur, Mansehra, Battagram, Torghar, Upper Kohistan, Lower Kohistan and Kolai Palas. Mountain weather delays both post and readings here, so the online copy is the fastest source of truth.
The numbers on a HAZECO bill
Find the 14-digit reference number in the Ref No box near your name and address. It drives the portal lookup and every payment. The 10-digit consumer number in the same block works as the backup key.

Because bill.pitc.com.pk sets X-Frame-Options / Content-Security-Policy headers that forbid any other website from embedding it inside a frame. The browser blocks it for security. So the only correct way is to send you to the official page itself — which is also safer and exactly what the big bill apps do.
